Worn and dirty carpet, had to pay to park.

This was a nice hotel for the price of a 3 star. A little worn, but okay.

Great location close enough to Atlanta to be convenient with many small shops and stores within walking distance.
The hotel lobby and room decor do not match, update these rooms!

I really liked the location of this hotel, it was extremely convenient.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed being in walking distance to restaurants and shops.
The parking spaces were too small. No continental breakfast. Unable to get chicken noodle soup for my sick daughter.

Overall I was pleased with the hotel. I would definitely come back again. It would be great to have a continental breakfast. Thank you.

It was convenient to family home.
Parking.

Hotel was neat and accommodating. Found hair on clean sheets on bed. Otherwise hotel was quite adequate for stay. Will consider staying here again.

Both microwave and refrigerator were in the room. Very important for my daughter's special diet.
Entrance from parking garage seemed dirty and dingy. Pool looked like it needed cleaning. Too dark in the room.

Very nice fitness room, with several machines. Well lit business (computer) room. Hotel staffs were very helpful and friendly. Overall impression is that it is past its glory days. Maybe needs new lighting or new carpet, or other updates.

Like location, staffed- only negative - would like to see 2 queen size beds in rooms instead of 2 double size beds.

Clean, well appointed and decorated.
Noisy - a/c was noisy, elevator was noisy, could hear every door open and close all night long.

It was a very nice looking hotel. Very clean. But the doors where not sound insulated at all. We were 4 rooms from the elevators but they double dinged every time the door opened. I could hear every door open and close on the floor. The a/c unit in the room had a terrible vibration so I could not use it for white noise.

The manager was able to rectify problems.
The 1st night my room did not have any beds and that was the only room left available.

The hotel had a musty scent, I got diarrhea right after breakfast. The internet access was on a PC that had keys that were so used the letters were missing from the keys. The location was good, convenient parking, the rooms were comfortable except for the moldy scent.
