It had an impressive lobby and the location was pretty convenient.
It did not look like the pictures at all.
This was a 3 star hotel. The pictures looked very impressive and even pictured a bowling alley. I arrived to the hotel late at night, and although I had a reservation, they did not have a room for me. So after an exhausted 5 hour drive, and arriving at 2 in the morning, I had to change hotels. And though they paid for my stay, the directions they gave me were wrong and we ended up getting lost. The next day I had a meeting to go to, and they promised that they'd pay for my stay at the second hotel so keep me from leaving my meeting and switching hotels. The next day, they were not willing to do so. They said I would have to pay for that stay even though, it was them that had put me in a sister hotel since they did not have a room for me upon arrival. So I ended up missing half my meeting having to change hotels. And the hotel was nothing like the pictures. Only one elevator worked so at times, you had to wait almost 5 minutes for the elevator. Because of this, my stay was near completely stressful when it was supposed to be somewhat a relaxing weekend away. read more

Friendly staff.
No fan in bathroom, bedroom wallpaper was falling off the wall, bright light was coming through closed door. Poor television channel selections. No courtesy van driver to Emory Hospital as promised. Friendly staff though.

Convenient location and excellent accommodations.
The parking situation was annoying, but unavoidable.
This Holiday Inn lives up to the reputation of the chain. I can not comment on response to problems because I had no complaints. I needed basic accommodations and that need was served fully. My traveling companions were happy with the online access in the room.

Room was better than the lobby.
Lobby was shabby - car break-ins in the garage - glass everywhere.
I thought the price was all inclusive. I did not use any extra services, I left a tip for the maid, and I ordered breakfast in the dining room and paid for it there. It is not the $10 - but the principle of the thing.

Bedding was comfortable, pillow top.
Worn and dirty carpet, had to pay to park.
This was a nice hotel for the price of a 3 star. A little worn, but okay.
