Very good location, very clean, bell men were very nice.
Check in not smooth, wanted no smoking 2 doubles-offered on arrival one bed and smoking.
Very nice-but check in was rocky-called after booking to get 2 doubles, non smoking room-upon arrival were offered 1 double smoking room-wanted us to pay for a roll away bed. Advised they saved the double beds for customer who paid full price-not that we weren't important. Ended up with a small handicapped room with a roll away. 2 travelers with us ended up staying with friends several blocks away. read more

Excellent downtown location, near subway, and was better than expected.
Very small bathroom; desk chair was always in the way (small room), and the broken curtains.
Very helpful bellman. Excellent location for downtown, Chinatown, little Italy, and the subways. Bathroom was very tiny. Room was a bit cramped and the desk chair in the middle kept getting in the way. Beds were very comfortable. Overall it was a great value and much better than I expected.

The staff was amazing.
No restaurant.
We enjoyed our experience and would stay again. The room was small but clean. Great location. The staff was friendly and went beyond to ensure our stay was pleasant.

Good view of sunrise from rooms overlooking Lafayette.
Window-insert heater/AC unit was noisy.
I was satisfied with the hotel at the deeply discounted rate secured through Priceline's name-your-price feature. If I had paid the full rate I would not have been pleased. In a standard which is to say smoking room overlooking Lafayette on the 10th floor, the linens were clean, bed was comfortable. The carpeting was not entirely clean and there were some missed spots in the bathroom and some food found on a wall which I found gross. The room was small with double beds. I took a smoking room (which I did not want) because I wanted to check in 30 minutes early and they claimed that was all that was available. The smoking room I was in had a suite door and I noticed unpleasant smoke smells wafting through the door crack in the early morning. I wish the bottoms of the doors had been sealed better. I plugged it with a towel. Enhancing overall comfort level was the nice television and availability of free Wi-Fi. I am a stickler for free Wi-Fi when in a hotel so I was pleased that they had it. I needed this hotel in a pinch and was happy with what I got for what I paid. Hotel staff was exceedingly pleasant and helpful. read more

The staff was very friendly and accomodating.
Small rooms with almost no space to put your clothes if you are staying more than a couple of days.
