Front desk staff was helpful.
There is no elevator located in the hotel, which could make access difficult for some guests.
Even though the hotel seemed pleasantly decorated, the fact that it is an older facility was still evident by the smells. It wasn't the best hotel I have ever stayed in.

The hotel is very clean and in a very convenient location.
Our dog had to sleep in the van.
This was a clean and family-friendly hotel. It was very quiet the night we stayed.

Two great queen beds with 4 super pillows each. Super comfort. Nice fridge and microwave.
The pool temperature was too warm. Pool was a distance to get to, but that's being picky.
Thoroughly enjoyed the hotel, with nothing really lacking for comfortable. Very accommodating!

There was prompt, courteous service.
We forgot a toothbrush and I called to the desk for a complimentary one. The person at the desk was very courteous and said it would be a few minutes. Our room was at the far end of the hotel and I thought it would be about ten or fifteen minutes, but it was less than five. I was impressed.

Real nice hotel and the food was great at the green meal.
Dryer didn't work and the treadmills didn't work.
The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. The Green Mill restaurant was great. I m on the road about 90% of the time and when the washer and dryer do not work properly its a pain to find a laundry mat. The dryer didn't work. The treadmills need updated. Other than that it was great.

Very comfortable, clean, and helpful staff. If you didn't want to leave the hotel the restaurant and fitness center where decent.
My hotel room was facing the Toyota dealership and the Taco Bell. So you had to deal with the night and morning of the noise of them.
Over all for the price I was very happy. The room was nice and clean. It is great for the business traveler. It had everything that you need in the hotel. If you could avoid staying on the back side of the hotel I would. You get loud cars from the Taco Bell and Mc Donald's at night. Then in the morning you get traffic from the Toyota service customers parking in the hotel parking lot. Basically, they think that it's Toyota's parking lot not the Hotel's. Over all I would stay there again and had a great experience. read more

This hotel really superceded our expectations! Great bedding and mattresses, good coffee, and a very "new" appearance.
No complaints.
We felt very comfortable at this hotel. I was impressed with the lobby, and the beds were very, very comfortable - something that is hard to come by these days in all hotels.

Had a Green Mill attached.
Shower head too low. Housekeeping woke me up at 8:30am on a Saturday morning!
This hotel is probably one of the best hotels in Eau Claire, but that isn't saying much. There's a Green Mill attached, which I didn't go to, and a Starbucks sort of on the other side of the street. My room was in a high traffic area and was very noisy in the morning. Housekeeping got started early on a Saturday morning waking me up. The bed and pillows were very firm. I'm a tall guy and the shower head was very low. Basically, if I wasn't so hammered the night before, I would have rather drove back to Minnesota. read more
