Good bed and fabulous pillows.
Cramped entryway and bathroom area.

The room was comfortable and had a flat screen TV and free internet. The entryway and closet area was extremely cramped for more than one person. There was a leak under the sink and the carpet there was soaked. The bathroom door would not close because of an accumulation of old paint on the doorway. The TV was great but there were not enough channels available.

"MY BED" I love my bed it was super comfortable.
Parking. Teddy's club patrons took a lot of it.

Customer service from all line of employees was great. Next time I travel to El Paso, I will stay at the exact same place.

I like room and the bedding, my husband liked the TV.
The agents at front desk were rude and could careless what questions I had.

Although I did enjoy the room, the rest of the hotel seems run down and the staff is not very friendly. The clerk when I checked in was nice but thereafter they were rude and made me feel that I was a bother.
