Family Traveling with Young Children
Our room air conditioner did not work. The hotel maintenance staff could not resolved and the hotel could not move us to a comparable room. Room was extremely noisy, hotel cleaning staff woke us up each morning with their noisy cleaning carts going down the corridor. Saturday night we heard other guests partying it up and down the corridor until 4 am in the morning.

Very comfortable hotel, very conveniently located near the airport and right off of I-10. Much nicer than most Holiday Inns. Rooms were upgraded with huge flat screen TVs, indoor pool, bar, and attractive restaurant.

The room was comfortable and had a flat screen TV and free internet. The entryway and closet area was extremely cramped for more than one person. There was a leak under the sink and the carpet there was soaked. The bathroom door would not close because of an accumulation of old paint on the doorway. The TV was great but there were not enough channels available.
