Very convenient to area shopping and restaurants.
They had just cleaned the carpets and the room felt damp during the entire 24 hour stay.
The hotel staff was very polite and very helpful. We had to switch rooms at the beginning of our stay and they were very accommodating during that process. The rooms were very comfortable and nicely decorated.

Free breakfast.
4 AM user in exercise room worked us up with loud TV.
Very unfriendly staff at front desk with no hospitality, either at check in or at 4AM. We were woken up at 4AM by an exercise user watching loud TV in the exercise room, which was located right next to our room. Staff was very reluctant to ask 4AM exercise person to lower TV. When we got angry, she finally agreed to talk to person. We heard her ask the man to turn down TV, and he did, but the machine noise continued. Carpets old & crummy looking. read more

The staff was wonderful from reception to cleaning crew.
Reception from my cell phone was 0 bars inside the room. 5 outside.
I enjoyed the stay mainly because of the super friendly staff. Morning and night crews were very helpful and friendly. Location is great and in a beautiful area of the city.

Pool water could have been cleaner.
This hotel fit the bill, exactly what we needed. Great breakfast bar, exercise room was closed due to renovation two days.
