Very clean, good location.
There was a malfuntion fire alarm at 4am lots of confusion.

I was very pleased with how clean and the location of the hotel. The only thing that I had a problem with was Saturday night at 4am the fire alarm went off and we had to stand out in the parking lot in the rain until 5:15 am the fireman said it was a malfunction in the system, the next day I asked the desk clerk (who was sitting in the lobby watching T.V. & talking on her cell phone) I went to the counter but she never got up, I had to go to her. I asked if there would be some type of compensation and she said no and really didn’t seem to care. No too happy about that. read more

The staff was very friendly and helpful!

I was impressed by the staff and how friendly and helpful they were. Check in was a breeze and check out was even better.

Comfortable bed and quiet at night.
Drink and ice machines all on 1st floor when I was on 4th floor.

Convenient location for where I wanted to be with fairly easy access in and out of parking. Staff was friendly and helpful and we enjoyed the food provided for breakfast especially the coffee. The room temperature was comfortable and cool and we did like the fact that it did not blow directly on you while in the bed. The area and other guests were quiet at night. The traffic in the area was quiet at night. read more

No option to delay morning housekeeping.

The vending machine was empty.

The hotel and room were very nice. The king size bed was soft and comfortable.
