Holiday Inn Express And Suites Middleboro

I thought this hotel was perfect for family travel. Most of the staff members were friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean and up-to-date. There seemed to be problems with the water pressure. I am not sure if it was because I was in the room furthest away from the water tank or it was because my bathroom was set up with handicap fixtures. I also had a problem getting a mini fridge to store my medication in. I was promised one by one staff member who never delivered, then told by another staff member that only the suites had fridges and I was welcome to bring my medication to the front desk. Leave my medication with strangers .Anyway, once the weekday front end staff arrived I asked again about the fridge and received one within 5 minutes. Although I would stay at this hotel, there are things that need to be improved. The pool need to be better chlorinated as well as the hot tub. It looked like a witched cauldron bubbling on a Halloween night. I did not like taking a cold shower. When I spoke to the person at the front desk and was told to look at the number of patrons present. I told her that was not acceptable. If the hotel's facilities could not accommodate the number of patrons then they should not sell that many rooms. read more

I would love to stay here again. We had a couple of minor issues which
a young lady
smoothed over easily and courteously. Perfection is too high an expectation for anything. It is how one handles the imperfections that shows their merit.
