It was a perfect location, clean, quiet, friendly and the free breakfast was a+.
The beds were worn out. I didn't sleep well.

This hotel was clean, quiet, and no smelly smoking smells. The staff was friendly, helpfully and the free breakfast (no meat) was an unexpected plus.

Highway noise, uncomfortable chair, poor lighting.

The noise form the highway was incrediable, I could even hear it when using my CPAP machine. Room was not comfortable, poor lighting. Difficult to get into and out of from the highway.

No elevator and elevated location of hotel.

I liked this hotel. They put me on the second floor, but I had a hard time getting around due to the hotel being on a hill. I have arthritis and it is hard for me to go up and down stairs. My husband had to get my breakfast every morning and bring it back to the room. I could not go down the three flights of stairs to get to the breakfast room. Our room and parking place was on the second level, but the breakfast room was on the first level. This is the only complaint I have about the hotel. There was no elevator. read more

The location was very good.
The drive was very steep and not good visibility driving out onto the street.

The location was very good. The room was comfortable and clean and met our expectations. Staff were very polite and helpful. The Texas Roadhouse next door was a great feature.

The door did not lock properly; came back to room to find maid had left the door open! Very over crowded in the breakfast eating area.
