Location is close to major attractions.
Too expensive for the room.

Overprice for the room they give you. The location was great but there was nothing really nice about this hotel. I have stayed at much better for less money in the area.

The location to laguna seca.
Not enough seating in the morning for breakfast and too many people in the room at one time.

Overall our stay was good, freindly staff, central location to shopping and laguna seca. For the most part it was quiet and comfortable.

Bad internet service provider, loud, internet pics were deceiving.

The hotel itself was nice, rooms were nice, a bit small, but clean and functional. However, on the internet it shows water all around, my room faced a highway with a lagoon or swamp in between. I could hear loud traffic noise the entire stay. The internet worked, but as I am there for business I needed to get an outgoing smtp server - very simple thing to do - the tech support gave me one but the provider was very mickey mouse and it kept crashing, not a reliable provider. Very clean room, very comfy beds, quiet in room and
smelled good in room.
Many flies outside, dirty outside and
long walk from stairs to room.

Although the room was comfortable and very clean inside, the outside was very dirty, looked very old and run down. There was a long outdoor walk to my room from the parking lot, tons of flies buzzing in my face whenever I walked outside the room. Looked like a run down, busy highway, noisy area outside and I couldn't wait to get in my room. Not at all pleasant atmosphere.
