Description of Holiday Inn Express Bemidji
Welcome to the Holiday Inn Express Hotel and Conference Center located in the heart of Bemidji next to the Paul Bunyan Mall and several excellent eating establishments. We are only minutes from Bemidji State University and the Paul and Babe Amusement Park and approximately 40 minutes from the headwaters of the Mississippi River located within Itasca State Park . Beautiful Lake Bemidji and Bemidji State Park are only minutes away and are surrounded by many various trails. Free printed brochures and other information about the area is provided at the front desk. All standard rooms have two queen size beds, hair dryers, coffee pots, irons and ironing boards, and 2 telephones. Selected rooms offer a king bed with an in-room Jacuzzi and 27 inch TV. Comfortable king bed and great whirlpool tub.
Slight odor in the hotel, wireless internet didn't reach room.

Helpful smiley clerk at check-in. Room tastefully decorated, maybe a little crowded with the king bed and the whirlpool. However, the bed was really comfortable and we slept well. The whirlpool was perfect for the two of us. There was a slight odor in the hotel room, but we needed to run the air conditioning during our stay, so the odor was not annoying.

The staff.
Crowd for continental breakfast.

The staff was so friendly. They went out of the way to help us find a nice place to eat and where to shop. The room was nice. Crowded with the Jacuzzi but we were very glad to have one.

The room had an order to it.

Overall, our visit was satisfactory. The beds were good but the room had an odor. The continental breakfast wasn't the best.

Had to ask for any more than 2 bath towels. Design of room with tub in livingroom.
