The hotel was clean, they had a good breakfast and popcorn in the lobby.
It was further from Birmingham than I had thought.

This hotel was in a nice town and was very clean. The breakfast was very accommodating and offered a lot of variety. The location was further from Birmingham than we anticipated, but for its location its a fine property.

Carpet desperately needs replaced, very dirty and stained. The bed skirts were also visibly stained. Not enough luggage carts, had to carry all luggage.

My overall stay was good. I could tell this hotel had made some renovations, but still needed to do a few more as far as the floor coverings. The breakfast provided was great for a continental breakfast, they provided many options. I would stay at this hotel again, but it would be a lot nicer with the above mentioned renovations.

A couple of the staff members were quite the professionals.
No hot water. Walls paper thin. The pool house was cold and the water temp Luke warm.

I travel a lot because of job requirements, so I have stayed in many types of motels/hotels and I was disappointed with this one. It was cold outside and I had to take a cold shower for two days. I complained to management about the problem and they tried to correct it, but they couldn't. Apparently, everyone in the building cannot take a shower at the same time, because the hot water ran out by the time I was ready to take a shower at 06:00am. The breakfast was great, but a little protein would have been better (meat). read more

Pool closed for repairs.

Hotel selected due to indoor pool. Sign on door "pool closed for repairs". Should have received a reduction in room rate because of this!
