The rooms are not clean

The staff is very friendly and accomadating. The breakfast is excellent considering the star rating of the hotel. However, we were very disappointed with the hotel rooms. They had to switch us to a different room since the first room had dirty carpet with popcorn residue and the carpet was unraveling (at first we thought it was lint). The staff was very accomadating and switched us to a different room. Unfortunately, this room has had carpet that was is desperate need of being replaced. It was stained and unraveling as well. We also found the top to a deoderant stick laying on the floor. We definitely question how well they clean the rooms and made our stay less enjoyable. We would probably not stay at this hotel again. read more

Room had a vinegary smell.

Decent location, fairly easy to get to. Staff was friendly and accomodating. Room smelled weird, but otherwise clean.

Plenty of pillows, beds were comfortable and room was very spacious.
I thought the room could have used a small sofa, and the vending machines should have water.

Overall, the hotel was very pretty, comfortable and the staff was very friendly.

The staff was outstanding. The facilities were excellent. My kids really enjoyed the fitness facilities.
The only complaint I can give is that housekeeping forgot to freshen coffee and cups at clean up.

The hotel is a little hard to find. The main road to the facility is a major road with no street lights. We could not read the street signs due to this and could not find the hotel. It is off of the main road behind a row of restaurants and there are not signs to guide you.

Excellent service, wonderful clean rooms, good location, great breakfast.
No indoor pool.

The Holiday Inn is one of the best hotels in the area. We have stayed there a week each month for the past four months. You could not ask for better service or more comfortable rooms for the price. There is nothing bad to say about our stay.

Staff is very friendly.
It was pet friendly.

It was a good visit. However, my son has asthma and I did not realize that it was a pet friendly hotel. We landed up in the ER due to my sons allergies. Other than that, the hotel was very clean and friendly.
