Close to downtown, close to the airport.
Access to get out was very difficult.
Friendly staff with a clean room. Was hoping to walk downtown but bad access for pedestrians.

Excellent customer service.
Leak in the ceiling.
We spent less money than the rest of the wedding party who stayed closer in the city. We had easy access to the train and excellent direction from the staff. Breakfast was very good and plentiful even though there were a lot of guests. The location is right next to Marshall’s and Target so we could replace anything we forgot. But, the front desk also offers free amenities. It was a lovely experience. read more

Location near T stop is convenient.
Shabby looking exterior.
A quite decent place to sleep, but no real services. Good enough location and staff was helpful. Hot breakfast was decent.

Breakfast is included. And coffee and tea is available 24/7.
Everytime a neighbor shuts his/her door the room shakes.
For its price, the hotel is a good deal. The room is small but clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Complaint: ice machines are located on odd numbered floors only, and floors can get noisy with other guests coming and going.

Clean rooms, cheap price, and friendly staff.
I felt the staff of the hotel bent over back wards to meet my needs. Many of the Boston hotels forced Boston Marathoners to check out of their rooms and they were not allowed to shower. This hotel gave me a 3:00 check out, no charge so I could shower before flying back to Iowa. I was most impressed.

Comfortable bed.
Breakfast is so-so.
The location of this hotel is convenient and 5~8 minutes walk to Andrew station. Room is spacious and bed is comfortable. But the breakfast is below our expectation! They should improve to provide the good food for our morning meal.

Friendly staff, clean and
good location to subway.
Nothing.
Hotel staff was very courteous from the time we got there. Very good location in relation to the subway. Much cheaper then actually staying in the Boston. Definitely worth it.
