The staff was friendly and the rooms were spotless.
The gym was small and the equipment was old. There were four machines and only two worked.

This hotel was fantastic overall. I would stay there again. It's location was perfect and my group had a great stay. It was clean and did not have any orders. I think it's the best hotel experience I've had so far.

It was not in the congested part of the city and the breakfast bar was well kept.
All the streets were one way and if you came in any direction except from the north it was a nightmare to get too!

Very clean and the staff was friendly but there was not ice or soda and snack vending machines available, the breakfast was very well prepared.

It was reasonably priced for what it had and was comfortable, friendly etc.
It was difficult to get into the parking lot. You could see it from the road but everything is a one way, then again, that's Boston!

I, as well as the others in my party that stayed at the hotel were pleased and very satisfied with the experience. A very good continental breakfast that was really more than just continental. They had omelet's, French toast etc. Would go again if in Boston. Thanks!

Comfortable, convenient to transit, friendly staff.
Wish they had a pool, but it wasn't a big problem.

This worked perfectly for our family of 5. The continental breakfasts were quite good and well staffed so the area was clean and the food was kept stocked. Very friendly and helpful staff and quite convenient to the transit lines. We never had to use a cab and we didn't rent a car and were able to get anywhere we needed to go. It was a great, economic choice for our vacation.

Good location for St. Patty's Day!
Would have been nice to be closer to subway station.

Hotel staff was friendly, accommodations were exactly as expected. They let us check in early which were great because we were all carrying bags from the train. Nobody bothered us with the no not disturb signs on the doors.

The price and convenience (interchangeable) to public transportation. Also, free breakfast, airport shuttle, and great fine personnel.
I have nothing negative to say.

Additionally, hotels that cost twice as much do not provide an airport shuttle.
