Staff was friendly, hotel was clean, room was comfortable.
The lighting in the room was only fair.

I would stay there again. The hotel is new, pleasant, comfortable, clean. Staff is friendly. Very close to airport.

Very warm swimming pool which was great fun for my grandchildren and myself.
Really not anything I can think of.

Good breakfast, good swimming pool, comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and convenient Bradley airport access.

Close proximity to airport and rental car agency.
When clerk arrived at desk after 15 minute absence, was not at all pleasant.

The location was excellent for our situation: restaurants nearby, minutes to return our rental car in the early morning and next to the airport. Though next to the airport, we did not hear any noise from air traffic.

Extremely clean - helpful manager - able to park and fly at minimum charge.
Teenage night clerk on cell phone every time we walked by desk. Room doors close loudly & all nearby doors can be heard inside room.

This is a very new hotel & it is kept in great condition. Very clean, which is important to us. The breakfast was okay - worker manning it was ready to pick it up 30 min. early and milk and juice were not cold. The loud doors in hallway kept one of us awake, and (heat/cold) fan in room could not be set to on to help block out the noise. Generally, however, we were very happy with this hotel and we would stay there again. Good location for flying out from Bradley International. read more
