The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The FREE shuttle service to the T was very appreciated and excellent.
There is nothing negative!

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They offered me a Charlie card, good for discounts on the T, gave me maps, and were always positive. The FREE shuttle service to the T was wonderful. The breakfast buffet was great!

It was very easy to locate (right off I-93); free/ample parking; Very helpful staff; clean room; full breakfast.
Everything was fine.

I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel seemed to be brand new. The staff went out of their way to assist me - from finding restaurants to getting into downtown Boston. This was my first trip to the Boston area and I researched hotels all around it. This one was a good choice.
