Room was clean and well furnished.
Hotel disagreed about the amount the room cost and charged me more taxes.

The facilities were fine, but at 1:00AM the hotel slipped a bill under my door saying I owed them additional taxes on a room. I don't know whether I was being conned or not, but this soured my experience with the hotel and I would not stay there again.

We were very pleased with the wide assortment of hot and cold food in the continental breakfast.
I wasn't happy that as a nonsmoker I had to have a smoking room, hotels should be smoke free.

The hotel staff were very friendly, the hotel itself was very clean and decorated stylishly. The rooms are very comfortable and fresh looking.

Nothing. We left after 30 minutes.
Terrible rooms. Terrible Management .

Run, don't walk from this hotel. The only room left when we arrived as a smoking room (neither my daughter nor I smoke), but I can't imagine any smoker being able to stomach the stench that hit you as you walked in the room. On top of that, the room was dirty and the drapes had burn holes in them. When we went down to complain to the front desk, they had lost control of the hotel to a wedding party they were hosting. Drunken guests wondered around the lobby (at least one guy was shirtless and riding around the lobby on a luggage cart drinking beer and screaming - all at midnight). We couldn't even take the elevator up to our 3rd floor room as some of the reveling wedding guests and decided to move their party to the elevator and shut it down. We left after 30 minutes (in the middle of the night) due to a combination of the stench from our room and the drunken noise from the guests. This was so far from acceptable. read more

The breakfast was satisfactory.
The room smelled & everything I owned smelled of its odor.

Staff was friendly. Room severely smelled. Complimentary toiletries were of poor quality. Breakfast was satisfactory.
