Clean, simple and accessible to a lot of great areas of Brooklyn and the subway to Manhattan.
The street where the hotel is located is unfortunately quite industrial and a bit scary, but we didn't actually have any problems while we were there.

Not a first choice if you are a business traveler to Brooklyn / kings county.

Hotel was very clean and staff very pleasant and professional. Felt safe, however not a lot of parking.

Decent sized room for a NYC hotel. Within walking distance to various subway lines.
Location was a bit strange as it's located in a warehouse district. Felt safer taking a cab back late at night.

Room smelled like smoke. False fire alarms

The location is not great--kind of a no-man's land of warehouses. The staff was SUPER nice and friendly. The room was clean, safe, and small. What you would expect from a budget Holiday Inn.Also--the breakfast was nice and had some filling options (i.e. eggs and bacon).
