The room was very nice. A very pleasant smelling room with a good layout.
Too many people were taking advantage of the free breakfast and they ran out of food frequently.

I really had an overall good experience at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and answered all of my questions.

A lot.

For starters I didn't get the rooms I bought. At 1:30 a.m. Our room was sold to someone else so we were come in on. Needless to say not much sleep after that. We had an early morning wake up call 4:50 a.m. that was never made and we were late for our business meeting. Then my father-in-law was told to pay for his room. So we had to take 2 hours out of our 3 hour drive back home to get that taken care of. I am very displeased. read more

The soap and lotion smelled nice; the triple sheeting was cozy; and the granite in the bath was attractive. Great breakfast!
The towels in our room were wet, and we both got a rash from the sheets. I think the hotel is overpriced, especially for the location.

A comfortable place to stay, great continental breakfast, Overpriced though.

Nice continental breakfast.
Under construction/renovation & I was not aware when make reservations.

The staff was nice and the hotel will be nice when renovations are done. However, the appearance was hard to judge b/c there was wallpaper missing & no toilet paper holder. I wish I had known this before booking & paying.
