The hotel was basically spotless!
The remote for the TV gave me fits.

I was very impressed with the hotel. It was very clean and comfortable. It felt like home!

Comfortable rooms, great breakfast, and an excellent staff!

We've stayed at this Holiday Inn Express numerous times and always have had excellent treatment!

Over 3 day stay, staff were all great.
One elevator was overheated something terrible.

No problem with facility but some information about local activities (there were several) and a city map or guide to them would have been useful.

No pool & breakfast ended too early.

Clean and nice room. Nothing extraordinary but functional. Across the street from convention center and a block away from downtown mall. Lack of pool and short breakfast hours were its weak points.

The hotel was located and close to the interstate.
There was no microwave or mini-refrigerator.

The personnel at the front desk was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. I would stay at this hotel again.

Our room was across from the elevator. But it wasn't as noisy as I thought it might be.
