Good location, well maintained, safety seems good.
Disinclination of hotel desk manager to respond to mechanical noise problem.

Convenient & safe location; building well maintained inside and out; generally efficient staff; free breakfast good but typical of most. Our room was on North side (away from freeway) should have been quieter, but wasn't; objectionably loud vibration noise coming through wall (we ran our AC to mask it). Traced noise to series of (3) 4-inch PVC pipes - both exhaust & intake, for equipment inside mechanical room below our room (could have been high-efficiency gas fired pool heater?). I'm an engineer and provided this information to man at front desk but he seemed nonplused and tried to explain my complaint away (with ineffective reasoning in my view); he did not send anyone to investigate. read more

The hotel was very clean and the staff was most impressive. Everyone really seemed to enjoy doing their job and was glad to be there.

I was surprised at the hotel for the price I paid it was excellent. The staff was very friendly.
