Desk staff was very helpful.
The business center was one computer in the lobby.

This hotel was okay for the area. I would recommend staying in Madison if you want more amenities.

Cleanliness of the room and comfortable beds and pillows.
Lack of hot food at the breakfast buffet.

This is a typical "motel", a place where you would generally stay one night and move on. The room and facility was clean, Wi-Fi was available as was a small business center, but most importantly, the beds and pillows were very comfortable. Not a bad place at all to stay if you have local business or are passing through on the interstate.
