The staff was very helpful and always friendly except for the one.

I found that the hotel location was great and in close vicinity of where I needed to go. Public transport was close and the free business facilities offered was excellent given that I didn't carry my laptop with me. This allowed me to do my work while overseas.

I would not like to be by myself at night walking in the area.

Very clean and comfortable, close to many restaurants.

The rooms were very clean and nice. Small pool with no waterslide, but at least it had a pool. Complimentary hot breakfast served in the mornings was a nice bonus. Very close to Jasper Avenue for restaurants. I would stay at this hotel again.

It was clean, secure and a good location.
The room didn't have fridges for storage of food.

The hotel was an average price, comfortable beds with new linens and towels was very nice. The pool was over chlorinated and actually bleached my swim suit, but it was over all a nice place to stay with a convenient location.

Doors to room had a large gap at bottom so noisy.

Good location in downtown Edmonton in safe area. Close to shopping and good restaurants. Nice pool and gym.

Great continental breakfast-hot breakfast.
Across the street from a bar.

Our stay was pleasant except for the thin walls-shouting in the room next to us at 2 am. The yelling in the hall at 6 am to great ready and go. We had gone there on our last visit and the rooms, staff, etc were the reason I booked there again.

It was new and clean.
The non-smoking room smelled like smoke.

This hotel has been newly renovated so the furniture, bedding, towels, etc. are all new and in good shape. That said, the room did smell a bit of cigarette smoke even though it was supposed to be a non-smoking room. The hotel staff was friendly, except that they were confused by the online booking and tried to charge me twice for the room until they checked with their accounting department. The location was very convenient and the hotel met and exceeded my expectations for a 2 1/2 star hotel. The included breakfast was decent and we took advantage of it both days.
