Easy access off freeway.
Safety is a concern - no security for autos and the warnings the hotel post are not reassuring.

Older hotel with renovated rooms but done on a budget. Easy to see where corners were cut, but beds are comfortable, room is relatively quiet, and staff is friendly. Not luxury by any means, but merely adequate.

Had pleasant & friendly clerk.

Had a very nice stay. Gave me a complimentary bag of goodies when checking in. A hearty continental breakfast was provided. They gave me a ride to a local restaurant. Would come back again.

My brother and I stayed in this hotel for one night. Check in was quick and painless. The room itself was clean, as well as the bathroom. The beds were extremely comfortable. Check out was quick and painless.

Very convenient, easy access to freeway.
Some transients walking the streets in vicinity.

Excellent downtown location with easy freeway access - great for the business traveler. Older building showing its age, but rooms are comfortable and well-appointed and offer free WiFi access.

The front desk staff was excellent.
Down town El Paso dosent have much to offer. You need a car to get to restaurants and attractions.

My first time in El Paso and the staff was excellent and where more than helpful (5 star level). The room was nice, clean, and comfortable and the complementary breakfast was above average for the express type hotels. Location is right downtown, however El Paso downtown district is lacking in any amenities (food, shopping & entertainment) and although the hotel will provide a complementary shuttle within a mile or two, I would recommend having a car. read more
