Friendly and very helpful staff, when requesting something.
Bathroom was very non-descriptive, the plastic pipes under the sink were visible.

Very friendly staff. At the price I got the room for, I cannot complain. It was well worth it.

Walls were thin.

Front desk staffer Matt above and beyond hospitable.
Comp breakfast ran out, also ended too early for leisure travelers.

Clean, comfortable with the convenience of comp Wi-Fi and an acceptable breakfast. The staff at the front desk seemed eager to please and made my family feel welcomed.

Great staff ,friendly,clean and spacious room.
Bath tub drain was slow.

Great stay. Would stay again. Pool looked great but did not have a chance to use it. We were there for a hockey tournament in Aston only about a 20 minutes drive. We were able to eat at 5:30 am, so that we could practice on time.

It had a very helpful and efficient staff; very good breakfast.
I found no fault.

It was convenient to my wife's conference while totally accommodating me with a surrounding area with many things for me to do in her absence. A total joy from our reception to our departure. I can't say enough about the staff. They were outstanding.

Slow elevator.

I would definitely stay at this hotel again. It's nothing fancy, but it's a nice, clean room and it had very friendly staff.
