Very accessible.
The breakfast left much to be desired.

This hotel has a great location and just a couple blocks from Fisherman's Wharf. Friendly staff and nice and clean rooms.

Great location. Cool decor. Spacious room. Soft linens. Great valet and reasonably priced.
Hard, uncomfortable bed. Breakfast wasn't so tasty.

We loved the decor and furnishings. We had a king-sized bed, corner-room that was well away from the elevator and very spacious. Everything was clean, shiny, soft linens... I wish I had a bathroom like that! Lobby was always clean, comfortable seating, public restroom soap smelled like lavender. I would recommend to everyone!

The entire staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

I was impressed with the entire staff from the front desk to the maintenance engineer. I Cannot think of one thing I would change with the entire visit.

The location, size of the room and the cleanliness of the hotel. The breakfast was a lot more than expected.

A very nice hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Good sized room that looked new and clean. The free breakfast in the morning included omelets, bacon and sausage.

The staff were great, very safe, very clean, free breakfast
The breakfast, which is free, is pretty plan.

This is a nice place, nothing TOO fancy, but it is very suitable for all types of travellers - business and leisure. Free internet, free breakfast (get there early before everyone eats everything so you get more choices in the food!), the staff are kind and welcoming, the place is very clean. The area is safe, and there are lots of security guards at night, which gives you an added feeling of safety - though I never ever ever felt even a little unsafe. read more

Near some day attractions in SF.
Nearly everything; the stay was very bad.

Rooms were unimpressive, bright lights outside the window, things broken in the room and staff does not fix despite repeated requests, staff tried to place us in smoking room (we are not smokers) so put us in small cramped room instead.
