I loved the linens, very important to me, in the room and bathroom.
Upon arriving I was getting in the elevator with quite a few things, maids came out of elevators did not even attempt to helpfully hold doors.
The hotel overall was an excellent experience, the maids should keep in mind that courtesy goes a long way...instead of seeming annoyed that I had a lot of things while getting in the elevator that they were exiting, they should have attemted to greet me and perhaps, try to help by holding the elevator.

The person at the front desk was very nice and even gave us a list of local restaurants with directions.
Our room smelled of burnt popcorn from the previous people I assume.

Met some interesting and wonderful people here.
No swimming pool.
Close to Flint Cultural Center and the University of Michigan in Flint. Good breakfast, rooms were okay, nothing special. Hotel carts were terrible, with poor maintenance. Nice decor in lobby. Had trouble with Internet in rooms.

The cleanliness and the design of the layout.
We were bothered by hate housekeeping multiple times early in morning, my belongings came up missing.
It was a nice hotel but not for the discount, I have stayed in nicer hotels with price line that were better layout, friendlier staff, don't have trouble finding My belonging if forgotten, near everything without having to get on highway nice scenery. But it is nice hotel they just need a few improvement that are very easy to fix.

The location was close to the downtown area.
The bathroom was not clean.
I was very upset when I found a dirty towel on the back of the bathroom door also, there was a hand towel that also had been used by the previous person that stayed in the room and it was placed back on the rack as if it were a clean towel. I'll feel uncomfortable in this hotel from now on.
