I liked the continental breakfasts.
The shower head kept drooping... a bit of a nuisance.
Convenient hotel for attendees of events at the Broward Convention Center.

The room was very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. A nice free breakfast. The lobby was small but seemed OK.

No shuttle service to convention center.
I found it to be clean, staff friendly, and it was close to many conveniences. Short distance from airport and cruise port. They do offer a cruise shuttle for a small fee per person, but the airport shuttle is complimentary.

Free shuttle service to and from the airport.
My room looked out to the brick wall of the next building over only ten feet or so away.
Basic, predictable accommodation - close to cruise ship port - quiet rooms, comfortable beds, friendly front desk employees. Nothing fancy - basic breakfast bar provided in the am.

The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The room felt old and tired.
The location and the airport shuttle were the main reason for the selection and this hotel worked for that purpose. The room was a bit disappointing, but it was clean and that was all that mattered.

Close to water taxi station, safe surroundings.
Nothing.
Close to the cruise ship terminal, have a place to store your luggage if you arrive early, shuttle to airport on time even at 5:30 in the morning.

I liked the continental breakfast.
I didn't like that there was no pool in the hotel.
The room was basic. It was nice having the refrigerator in it though. I was surprised that there was no pool in the place but the staff was friendly and the breakfast was decent.

Had sheer window curtains, could not darken room, difficult to sleep.
This hotel was very convenient for our one night stay before our cruise. It is close to the port and there is a shopping center within walking distance to pick up last minute things needed for our vacation. The hotel is right on the bus line. The front desk employees were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean and the mattress was wonderful, better than home! The only thing I could say that was a negative was that the room we were in only had sheer curtains on the window. The drapes did not close fully to cover the window. As a result people from the opposite hotel could see in our room. The light from outside shown right into our room and we received early morning light which woke us sooner than we normally would have risen. Not a big problem, however, and I would definitely recommend it. However, I think the shuttle to the Port should have been free as was the pickup at the airport. read more
