The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The driveway is sort of confusing.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and well stocked. I would definitely stay there again.

The pool area was incredible; it was very inviting and clean.
Room AC was not working correctly and we were too tired to ask for assistance room was too hot.

Overall the hotel had nice accomodations. The reception area was not attended quite often (evening) and it took over a minute for a staff person to arrive to assist us. Throughout the evening we did notice that the walls were quite thin as well as the floor. We could hear clients below and next door throughout the morning hours.

This was our first stay at a Holiday Inn Express. We were very impressed. The whole hotel was very clean and the breakfast was very good too.

It was a convenient location for visiting colleges in the area.
The lighting in the room was poor.

Would stay at other hotels in the area. In the past, when either additional nights or fewer nights were needed the individual hotel always accommodated me.

Very helpful and polite staff and very clean.

My daughter and I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Galesburg on January 12 and 13 while visiting her college choice and were very impressed with the cleanliness and polite and helpfulness of all staff.

Orderly and friendly.
The water was hard, but that can't be helped.

It was a basic holiday inn experience: you get what you need with no surprises. Everything was clean and orderly, the staff knowledgeable and friendly.
