We were very impressed with how friendly and professional the staff were. The rooms were clean and kept up. It was easy to find and easily accessiable for myself as I am disabled. Everything was better than I expected. I will surely return to this hotel for future travels.

Had a ready list of near by places to eat with directions.
I would have liked a more nutritious breakfast offerings.

I found this hotel met all my expectations. Very nice & clean. The staff was very friendly & courteous.

Did not have the things that were advertised.

There was no coffee pot in the room as advertised when I called and asked for one they stated they would bring one right over, they never showed up. There is never anyone to answer the phones if you call from outside of the hotel.

Quiet, comfortable, and has excellent continental + breakfast.
Our room was farthest distance from elevator, second floor. Wife smelled smoke in mattress non smoking room.

Hotel was acceptable for price given. Great breakfast, clean and quiet. All outside parking was not covered with security lights. This location is less than 50 miles from Mex. border.

Holiday Inn Express in Green Valley, AZ, had a good continental breakfast.

The Holiday Inn Express in Green Valley, AZ was comfortable, and the rooms were quite decent. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. They have a small (inside) pool which was good for the kids in the evening when we were done for the day. There are several restaurants close, and a movie theatre nearby.
