This hotel was good but we had been moved here because our first choice holiday inn express' pool was empty so they moved us to a different hotel because the pool was our biggest attraction for our kids

Close to Hershey park and Giant arena.
Maid did not clean room at all.

We were disturbed that we did not have maid service at all. The beds were not made, clean towels were not provided and the trash cans were not emptied. They claimed it was because a privacy sign was displayed but that was not the case. It was unpleasant to come back to a room that was not made up.

The staff was very accommodating. Hotel made sure that you knew they were there for you.
There is a freight train that runs behind the hotel at all hours.

This hotel is 5 minutes from Hershey. I stayed overnight so I could attend the Eagles concert at the Giants Center. Hotel is easy to find, very clean, rooms have everything you could need for your stay, breakfast was better than most, and the staff was wonderful. Great place to stay!
