I truly liked the location of the hotel. It was near everything.
The ice machines were broken, the breakfast was nasty, and the ac was loud.

The hotel is very close to most of all the tourist attractions in Cleve land. Everything was withing walking distance. The hotel was for the most part clean and I would return. The Internet was very fast and I had no trouble with the room in general. I would suggest that one not eat the breakfast because it was very poor. Also, the hotel offers a small arcade, but bring quarters because it is not free. In a place as nice as that, one would think the pool tables and arcade games were free. Overall, I enjoyed the stay and could not have got a better hotel in the same area for a better price. read more

Location in center of city was ideal for walking around.
Had to pay 12.00 daily to park across the street.

The room was efficient, workers were friendly and helpful, and the room was nice and clean.

It was within walking distance to everything we wanted to go.

We really didn't see much of the hotel. The lobby was nice looking and clean.

It was close to what
I wanted to see which was an NBA game.
There was cracks in the ceiling try to shut the curtain the stick was on the floor.

The beds were amazingly comfortable did not like the construction by my room windows could at least be upgraded friendly people very helpfully with finding a place to eat.

Very unique.

I took my husband to a Cavs game, this hotel had an affordable Jacuzzi suite, it was within walking distance to different food and restaurants and we were close enough to walk to Cavs game, so we never had to take our car from the parking garage or pay for extra parking for the game, it was great and we can't wait to go back, it also had a great free breakfast.

Good location, size of the room. Great breakfast.
Parking was $12.00 a night.

The building was once the bank of Cleveland that was converted into a hotel. Room was quite large and clean. Plenty of elevators to use. They supplied a great breakfast. The employees were friendly and helpful. Parking located in parking garage located across from the hotel.

I loved the old building and the large room with wood flooring.
The shower curtain was not entirely clean and I had to walk to the parking garage.

I would recommend this hotel. The old historic building was lovely and the king room was large. The shower curtain needed scrubbing and the shower water was not hot, but other than that I liked the room.
