Hardwood floors in room were dirty .

Checked in late and left early in am. Had no time to go to free breakfast. Did not care for parking situation $12 parking fee.

Didn't enjoy the view. Having to carry our luggage from the parking garage around the corner.

The hotel is a beautiful old building with the high ceilings. I don't believe we would stay at this hotel again. The rooms could use some updating, like clean paint. Our Jacuzzi tub didn't work properly, you couldn't rent a movie because the movie thing was down for the night. My husband and I were staying at this motel for our little get away for our tenth anniversary, and to go see a ball game. I didn't find the staff very friendly. read more

The fact the it was a midway point between the 2 stadiums and was able to walk and see the Cleveland area.
The room was run down tile falling off no room number on the door. There was hand prints and stains on the walls.

Need to clean and maintain the rooms.

The architecture was amazing and the big jetted tub that was not an extra fee!

There was a 2-person jetted tub for no added fee, a fridge, microwave, comp WiFi and great continental breakfast. We will definitely stay there again!

We loved that it was right between the Rock N Roll hall of fame and the Major League baseball park.
No parking available.

Great old building we loved staying there. It was perfect for us right between the two attractions we went to Cleveland for the Rock N Roll Hall of Fame and the Major League baseball park. Room was great the common area was great with computer, pool table and video games for my son. Great Hotel Helpfull Staff
