The staff went out of their way to make sure the room was perfect for my needs.
The hot tub was not hot enough.

Overall, it was excellent. The pool was like bath water, the room was spacious and clean. The staff was great. The continental breakfast was fresh.

Great continental breakfast. Clean rooms with energy saving options. Rooms with refrigerators and microwaves available. Iron and iron board in all rooms. Hot water available at all times of day and night. Staff was very helpful and responsive.
