The beds.

I really like the looks of the hotel. The beds were ultra comfy. The staff immediately and cheerfully brought us toothpaste when I called to the main desk.

Hot weather and the air conditioner made a very loud noise intermittently.

The hotel was easy to locate and easy access off and onto main road in a safe business area. It was a standard, generally clean environment that was a great place for family travelers or business travels. Close to convenient shopping, restaurants and Starbucks.

Easy road access.
The smell of chlorine stepping in the front door of the lobby.

Desk people could have been friendlier, no chlorine smell walking into the lobby,easy access from road and close to shopping.

My only real complaint comes from a billing error. The hotel mistakenly charged my credit card (given to them for incidentals) for the stay.

The hotel was very fresh and clean. We slept very well, and the morning breakfast offerings were surprisingly good, with fresh cinnamon rolls.
It was not in Bend itself, but on the outskirts. However, the room had a pamphlet of a food delivery service for 10 different restaurants.

This was a clean and quiet hotel with pool and spa. The staff were all very friendly and polite and perky. It's located right off the highway, near a gas station. Not in downtown Bend, but easy to access for those traveling through.
