Distance from Mall of America and Downtown Minneapolis.
Water pressure in shower was lacking, but had a detachable showerhead...

We stayed for a Vikings game, which apparently a lot of other folks did too. We did not get to try breakfast because it was extremely busy. Free internet and microwave and fridge in room always a great thing! The two things that would sorta be under the negative, would be the above mentioned shower pressure.

I like the people who worked at the hotel.

The hotel location was great. My husband and I were able to walk to the Mall or IKEA because we were that close. This hotel had pleasant people working and the room was pleasant.

We were put in a handicap room, when you are not in a wheelchair things are a little short for you.

The breakfast buffet and spa were real highlights of our stay.
Not real romantic setting, but that isn't the purpose of a Holiday Express.

The bed was very comfortable and the room had a fridge and microwave, which we weren't expecting. The spa was spacious and the water just right. The breakfast buffet was great. It is a great hotel and I would recommend it to anyone.

Great room, great service and excellent location! Just outside of the Ikea and the breakfast was great.
Better pillows.

Had a great experience here, I have already recommended it to 4-5 friends in the last 3 days. I would definitely go back there to stay when I'm in the area.
