Would not give us a room with two beds. We found lice in the bed so there is no way the sheets were changed.

Terrible, the staff did nothing to rectify the problems we had.

Room was clean very comfortable.
Room was supposedly handicap accessible, but the only thing accessible was the bathroom. Impossible to maneuver a wheelchair in the room at all.

It was nice for an overnight stay. Room pretty small and crowded.

This hotel was very clean. The staff greeted you at the door and were very helpful and friendly. You could not find better people than that. The bed was very comfortable and clean.

This was our 2nd stay at this hotel this year. Both times we have been very impressed and plan to make this

Good location and it was economical and safe.
It could have been just a little cleaner.

Nice facility with friendly staff. It is in a great location and is convenient to get to. It is a safe and friendly environment. The continental breakfast was well done. It was a busy weekend with many travelers but the common areas could have been a little cleaner.

Pool, location and cleanliness.
We were in a nonsmoking room on a smoking floor. Smoke still came into the room.

Holiday Inn Express was friendly and very convenient to the Mall of America. It was easy to get in and had plenty of space for a play pen in the King sized room. I didn't realize they blended floors and the smell still infiltrated the room.
