Friendly staff, clean rooms, and very comfortable.

When I go to Brownsville, this is my hotel of choice! They are accommodating and so friendly and helpful. It's a very relaxed, upscale, comfortable hotel, and I enjoy it every time I stay there.

This is a wonderful and beautiful hotel, I do not agree this hotel is two stars. I think this hotel is worthy at least four stars.

It was very clean and the accommodations were nice.

Overall, the accommodations were very nice. The pool seemed very nice and the hotel itself seemed very nice in it's appearance.

Clean room and good service.
Breakfast was not great. Hot food was cold. Swimming pool was not appealing.

I travel with my spouse and three children. We have a pleasant stay for 2 nights. The room were clean and the hotel was quite. The service was good and nice. We would stay there again if the price is right.

Staff was superb.
Very noisy at that time. Teenagers came in and they put most of them right beside us when there was other rooms.

This hotel was very clean, the rooms were inviting and roomy. We had a little kitchenette with a microwave and fridge. We had a good river view. The free continental breakfast was terrific, and the staff was friendly. The only disappointment we had was that a bunch of unruly teens came in and were put right beside us. They screamed and banged the walls until we complained. There were several other rooms they could have been put in. We left our wonderful 2 queen size room to downsize to get away from the noise. I was ticked at that. Put the kids right beside the teachers that were with them. read more
