No flat screen HDTV.

Clean and comfortable accommodations. As I mentioned they could use some TV upgrades. Overall it is a quiet, easy to access location - once you know where it is, tucked back several blocks off the main road.

I was extremely pleased. Every staff member I encountered was extremely friendly and efficient. It was a very positive experience!

Parking lot was not safe, and not cleared of ice and snow.

The parking lot needs to be cleared of ice and snow, it was very dangerous. There was not a lot of ice and snow. We liked the breakfast and our room was fine but it did smell of smoke.

Excellent free breakfast buffet spacious rooms with all needed hair dryer, iron toiletries.
Front desk was slow had to wait for a clerk to help was not present at front desk.

Clean, nice breakfast easy to find not far from crystal lake where we took the train into Chicago, ample room size would definitely stay here again.

Very friendly and courteous staff.
One of the double beds was uncomfortable; maybe an old/worn mattress?.

Great hotel to use as a home base for area activities. Location in relation to restaurants and shops is excellent.
