Very clean, well-maintained, close to town.
Very bad phone accessibility. Twice during business hours no one answered the phone, and no voice mail.

Modern, clean, friendly, nice room decor, good breakfast buffet.

Beautiful room with comfy beds.

This was by far one of the best chain hotels I have stayed in. The hotel was extremely clean, the rooms were attractive, the beds were comfortable and the staff was very friendly. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of foods.

My room was not clean, and was told that I had a do not disterb sign on the door. I left at 9:48 am return at 6:38 PM.

It was obvious to me and I am sure it was observed by the staff that help was short during the weekend, and that the personnel there was doing very little to say the least. The bath tub was not cleaned daily, nor was the mirrors clean. I was told that if you are a stay over, you would not have you’re for clean or your bed change. If that is in fact true, then what services am I paying for? The manger was not the easiest person to talk to. No one said come back, Glad you came, etc. I felt as if I had been raped or robed to say the least. This was the worst experience I have every had. read more

I checked out of the hotel prematurely and checked back into the hotel.
They ran out of cinnamon rolls for breakfast each day.

If I were to travel to El Dorado, AR again, I would definitely stay at the Holiday Inn Express. The staff was friendly and helpful and the hotel was quiet and I could get a lot of work completed.
