I lost my blanket and have not gotten it back.

Great hotel, but
I was not satisfied with the lost and found department. I left my blanket in the room, phoned the following day, and have not received it yet.

Modern, clean and friendly.
Shower heads are too high, and sprays water everywhere.

Hotel is well appointed with larger sized rooms, and a friendly staff. The shower heads are placed too high for shorter adults to easily adjust, and all spray settings make a mess.

No trash can in bathroom.

The room was clean, quiet, mini fridge in room and laundry in the hotel. The beds were very comfortable and nice linens. Air conditioner worked well and almost silent. Bathroom was well laid out, nicely decorated. The complimentary breakfast had variety, but on the whole rather bland. The breakfast room was very welcoming, nicely decorated and best of all separated from the main lobby. read more

Expensive taxi fares to downtown, train station and airport.

Nice, newish hotel. Large, comfortable rooms, and a good breakfast included in the rate. $2 to wash and $2 to dry in the laundry room seemed high. I would probably try to avoid rooms facing the highway in back of the property.

Desk clerk was particularly helpful during the check-in.
Location is slightly inconvenient.

This hotel is almost new, and I enjoyed staying there. The desk clerk was helpful and friendly. It met my expectations from stays at other similar hotels. It is located 15 to 20 minutes drive from the airport.

Breakfast seemed not fresh.

Will be using them again. Family felt safe and comfortable.
