I find some small.
The location is really good. I also find the staff and the service are comfortable. The room is great and you will have a feel of luxury. The free breakfast is also great.

Newly remodeled and was very nice.
They offer shuttles, but was having some type of conference and the shuttle service was not very helpful, due to the amount of time you would have to wait because they were doing the conference.

Room assignment - how embarressing
I had a bad experience. After arriving at the hotel around 10 pm as tired as I am. I checked in and thought I could go up to my room and relax. NOT!!!!!! at this point I was glad my husband was making noise this late, as I was opening the room with our key, someone yelled from within the room to "Get out!" and it scared me to death. All started yelling Oh My God someone is in our room and we ran out downstairs and I started yelling at the lady who checked us in, I was not only embarressed what had just happened to us but upset. From what happened they double booked us in a room and then we had to wait for them to put us into another room. We are lucky no one started shooting or beating us for walking into a room that was already booked. The hotel staff was real friendly after that but I dont know if I could ever stay there again. I was truely embarressed by the whole situation. The next day while checking out the guy named Jeremy apologized and said he could not give us a discount since I had booked this room through a 3rd party. What a bummer! read more

Rude front desk/breakfast.
Upon arrival and after showering, we pulled back the sheets to go to bed and there was
stains on the sheets. It was 12:30 at night and we were moved to a King suite at no additional charge. When we got to breakfast, the lady working the breakfast was very rude and did not want to help its guests. Very rude people work here!
