The friendliness of the reception staff was excellent.
The lights used to illuminate the parking lot shined in the room and made it a little difficult to sleep.

The location of the hotel is great. Close to the interstate and conveniently located by multiple shopping and eating establishments (within a few minute drive of almost anything). The welcome received by the staff at check in was excellent. And the smiles were comforting. Thank you for an excellent experience.

I enjoyed the comfort and "home" feel in the hotel room.
We had a small bit of trouble with our key but it was fixed right away.

I absolutely loved this hotel. I will stay there again in the future. The bed was comfortable with soft and firm pillows. I also enjoyed the spacious bathroom and shower. The room set-up was very convenient too. The breakfast was delicious as it had many options. I highly recommend this hotel.

The bed was very comfortable, as well as the pillows. We had brought our own but didn't even need them.
The sheets on the bed were soft and comfortable. I liked the fitted sheet because the sheets didn't come off when I opened the bed.

This hotel was very clean and nice, with a great breakfast every morning. There was great shopping close by, which we took advantage of! We would definitely stay there again.

Clean, quiet and comfortable! Great night stay!

I was very impressed with the room. It was like walking into a high-end hotel. My daughter loved the pool and the breakfast was good and they did a great job keeping all the items full. I would stay there again. I hope all Holiday Inns Express are doing the same as this one!
