The morning clerk was very helpful.
The night clerk was rude and not helpful.

The location nd morning staff were great! The night staff wouldn't call me a taxi, but gave me two numbers that were disconnected, very frustrating!

Love the amenities at Holiday Inn Express.
Would like the pool open longer in the evening.

Everything was just as we expected at a Holiday Inn Express - except that the cleaning staff knocked and barged in without waiting for us to answer the knock. My husband wasn't dressed and my daughter was in the shower. Very unprofessional.

We were there for our daughter's wedding, staff was very helpful.
It was not really easy to find. Address is Wilson Dr, maps do not show this street.

Public areas were clean and well maintained. Rooms have window units for heating/AC. Some have controls on the units, but are controlled with a wall thermostat. Confusing.

The king suite was spacious and clean.
Nothing.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone who asks. My wife and I were totally satisfied with our stay.

I like the location.
I didn't like the staff at front desk they weren't friendly, its not pet friendly, it wasn't clean.

I love the location, the staff at the front desk was not friendly and the manager was very rude! Our bedding was not changed when we ask for it to be, other than that the rest of the room was clean.

Noisy while going to sleep.

I enjoyed staying at this hotel. It was clean and attractive, but the noise level in the evening was very loud. It was hard for my children to sleep.

It was very nice and had a great location near many stores and restaurants.

I will stay at this hotel again when I travel back to Indiana. It was located in a great place for me stay and visit my family.

it had a very contemporary style and appeared to be quite new which I found very accommodating.
I was on the first floor and the people above me were very loud, therefore, I wish the walls were thicker.

It seems to be fairly new and is decorated in a contemporary style. It is has easy access to eateries, gas stations, and wall-mart. It is also easy to find as it is just off interstate 65. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool and fitness room were both clean and easy to locate. I felt very safe and the beds were very comfortable.
