Staff was friendly, room was clean.
Wasn't thrilled that hotel was behind a gas station.

The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean. It was very close to I-95 which was nice, but it was behind a gas station, which I didn't love. There were really no restaurants-you had to drive into Hilton Head for something other than fast food.

Our group wasn't able to locate the hotel, had us on the wrong side of the freeway.

Very comfortable beds!
I was locked out of my room several times.

Very clean, comfortable beds/pillows, nice bathroom,
nice pool/Jacuzzi and fitness room, great selection for breakfast.
