I was very impressed with the updated look, cleanliness, and the comfort of the bedroom. It is as good as many 4 star hotels I stayed for business!

I did not use any facility offered on site. I was very pleased with what I got in the room - updated look, cleanliness, nice temperature control unit and a comfortable bed! The front desk staff and the valet staff were all very helpful and respectful. I used to stay at 4 star hotels when traveling and have to allow a lot more time for valet or self parking. But, at this Holiday Inn Express, I got my car without a long wait! That is a big plus for me. But, the parking is $22, self park or valet. I suppose they all charge high rate for parking in Hollywood or LA. read more

We liked the upgraded room.
Understaffed.

The hotel was nice and convenient in proximity to the Hollywood Bowl, which is up the street and only a few blocks away. The staff was friendly and the upgraded room was clean and comfortable.

It's location.
Our room was not ready for 3:00 check-in, made our evening preparation hurried.

The hotel was fine. When we got there the room wasn't ready and we had to use another room while still paying for the higher priced room.

The staff was very helpful and the room was beautiful.

Our stay at this hotel was very pleasant. The staff was friendly and helpful! Great breakfast bar and room cleaniliness. Overall, our experience couldn't have been better!
