Good size TVs in the rooms. Plenty of towels in the bathroom. Nice deep tube.
The bathroom door wouldn't latch.
The people are nice and friendly. The breakfast was hot and ready when we were. The rooms are clean and ready for relaxing or sleeping.

Easy to find.
No microwave or small fridge in room and smaller than expected swimming pool.
For a holiday day inn express it is one of the lower scaled of the branches I've stayed in.

I liked the breakfast that you fixed yourself from the many choices.
The walls were very, very thin. I could hear actual conversations in next room. I had to move to a new room.
Other than the walls being too thin and being able to hear in the next room, I enjoyed staying at the Holiday Inn Express. The rooms were exceptionally clean and fresh smelling. All employees were friendly and helpful at all times.

Location.
Everything else.
My stay at the Econolodge was the worse stay I ever had. My first room was nasty, T V didn't work and no coffee pot. The second room I stayed in was a non-smoking (not) smelled like an ash tray and nasty. Holes in sheets and covers. I then moved over to Holiday Inn and it was clean, wonderful, comfortable, fantastic breakfast, and the kids loved it. I wouldn't let my dog stay at the Econolodge and I don't like dogs. read more

Good price for peak season at hot springs.
The bed and sofa were not comfortable.
We were given a smoking room and had requested non smoking. The manager was very kind to fix the problem even thro the hotel was very booked. We greatly appreciated that.

Clean & comfortable.
Public bathroom on main floor needed maintenance.
Upon arrival, the hotel lobby was bustling yet friendly. The room was clean, well-decorated and the bedding was comfortable. The air conditioner behaved like it needed Freon. When reported to the front desk, they informed me that all the air conditioners are scheduled for maintenance and that they would put our room at the top of their priority list. The complimentary breakfast was outstanding and the personnel providing the breakfast were friendly, attentive, and ensured that the area was continually clean and well-stocked. In summary, this hotel lived up to its billing. Maintenance needs (how old is the building?) are being addressed. I would stay at this hotel again if I return to Hot Springs, AR. read more

Very convenient and clean.
The indoor pool was unbearable with the heat and the smell of chlorine
If you are traveling with children during the summer months and they would like to swim, I would not recommend this hotel. The pool is indoors and the smell of bleach and the heat is unbearable. The kids were very disappointed.

The staff was very friendly and the rooms were clean and neat.
I didn't like hearing people walk on the second floor and how slow the elevators were.
