Towels were big, soft & fluffy! Nice bed & linens.
Poor staff service. Roach in room.

Check in was easy & quick. Staff not very friendly. Hallways & elevator hot! Rooms were nice & cool. Fire alarms went off about midnight. Had to leave hotel go to parking lot in our pajamas. Could smell strong smoke smell. Had to stay in parking lot for about a hour. It took the fire dept about 30 minutes to get there. Thank goodness that there truly wasn't a fire. Hotel did nothing to make sure people were out of the rooms. Simply said they were trying to get alarms turned off. Won't stay there again! read more

Nice comfortable lobby to have coffee and read the paper in the morning.
Box springs on beds were too soft and worn out in the room we were given.

Nice convenient location for the Humble area.

Very convenient to restaurants, night clubs and shopping.
Lobby printer was out of ink, and when I asked fro a refill cartridge, I was ignored by the desk clerk.

Very comfortable stay. Convenient to entertainment and shopping. Easy to get to form highway. Staff was overall friendly. Room was a little on the small side but was very clean and housekeeping was very friendly. They even changed the sheets during my stay, not just the day I checked out. Was upset that the business center printer ran out of ink while trying to print important documents and when I asked for a refill cartridge I was ignored by the desk clerk. read more

Great place to stay as a base for business calls. Property is very clean and the people are very nice. Has everything a business traveler needs.

Room was not clean when I opened the door.

No one came out to greet me when I arrived. Finally got the attendants attention by ringing a buzzer that was hard to see. The room that was assigned to me was at the back of the property. When I opened the door it looked like someone was sleeping in the bed but the bed had not been made from the day before. When I got my new room the phone was so noisy the front desk count not hears me nor could I hear them. I was not given the internet access code and the front desk didn't know it so I had to call the provider. Other than that it was great! read more

Great hotel as a base to run appointments. No hot spot that I could find. Lot's of great restaurants nearby, staff was very helpful and comfortable clean rooms.
