The beds were very firm and comfortable.
There were bugs in the pool and they freaked out my granddaughter.

This hotel was extremely nice and family friendly. We had a beautiful view of the hills with houses on them. Highly recommended if you don't have hundreds of bucks, but still want a nice place to stay.

when we stayed, they did not have a breakfast buffet, But if I remember correctly, there was a Cracker Barrel next door, which is a big plus.

I liked the large rooms, the breakfast area, and bsns center.
The room smelled somewhat like hair oils on the pillows (sweat).

Great hotel, not the newest (starting to show some wear) but staff was friendly and the overall experience was very good. The internet was spotty in the business center. This may be because the hotel was in a smaller city. Can't fault them for that.

Carpet dirty, roach on wall, remote did not work, and bed uncomfortable.

Have stayed at Hi Express many times before. Will think twice before booking again. Room was not in keeping with hi standards. Dirty carpet, insect, mattresses need to be replaced. Convenient; also, staff friendly; that's about it. Very disappointed. Will stay elsewhere when visiting Kerrville again.

The hotel was very nice for a mid-level hotel. It was clean and new, and very accommodating to our needs.

I liked the size of the rooms and the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff.
The road in front of the hotel was under construction, so it was hard to get in and out.

We had a very pleasant, leisurely stay at this hotel. It was very clean and the room was very large. The only thing I would have liked to have seen is a restaurant in the hotel, then it would have been perfect. The staff was very helpful.
